Terms of Service

Clear expectations for working with SaltySesh® and using our tools.

Effective Date: January 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a digital product, using our website, or interacting with SeshBot®, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Services

Photography services are subject to availability and confirmation. Certain sessions may require a non-refundable retainer. Scheduling tools (including Calendly, if used) are optional and governed by their respective terms.

3. Intellectual Property

SaltySesh LLC retains copyright to all photography, branding, written content, website materials, and SeshBot® assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may:

Download and share delivered galleries for personal use
Print images for personal use
Post images online with reasonable credit

Clients may not:

Sell or license images to third parties
Use images for commercial advertising without permission
Alter images in ways that misrepresent our work

4. SeshBot® & AI Disclaimer

SeshBot® uses AI to automate reminders, prep guidance, FAQs, and workflow communication. AI systems are probabilistic and may generate inaccurate or unexpected outputs.

SeshBot® is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Users are responsible for reviewing important information before acting on it.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages, including confirmations, reminders, and optional SeshBot® interactions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Message frequency varies based on session activity. For support, reply HELP or contact hello@saltysesh.co.

6. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services due to unsafe conditions, harassment, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

7. Digital Products

Digital products (presets, templates, guides) are licensed for personal or business use, not resale. All digital sales are final except in cases of duplicate purchase or technical failure.

8. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, integrations, or automated tools may change or be discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaltySesh LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, missed messages, or AI-generated inaccuracies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
