Terms of Service

Understand your rights, responsibilities, and how we handle creative services and AI tools like SeshBot®.

Effective Date: November 17, 2025

Welcome to SaltySesh® (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service apply to our photography services, digital products, SeshBot® AI tools, and saltysesh.co. By booking a session, purchasing a digital file, or using SeshBot®, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings depend on availability and confirmation. Certain sessions may require a non-refundable retainer to hold your date. Reschedule options vary depending on season and availability — just reach out and we’ll try to work with you.

2. Ownership & Copyright

SaltySesh LLC retains copyright to all photography, branding, written copy, website content, and SeshBot-related assets unless stated otherwise in writing.

Clients receive personal-use rights to:

Download and share delivered galleries
Print images for personal use
Post online with credit (when possible)

You may not:

Sell or license the images to a third party
Use images for commercial advertising without written permission
Alter the images in ways that misrepresent our work

3. SeshBot® Disclaimer (Generative AI)

SeshBot® uses AI to automate reminders, prep tips, location info, and FAQs. AI is probabilistic and may generate inaccurate, imperfect, or unexpected messages.

SeshBot Pro messages may involve third-party tools (e.g., Twilio, Google Sheets). By interacting with SeshBot®, you acknowledge:

Messages may contain errors
AI suggestions should not replace human judgment
You are responsible for reviewing important details

4. SMS Terms

By sharing your phone number with us, you consent to receive automated SMS messages for booking confirmations, reminders, prep guidance, and optional SeshBot® conversations.

Reply STOP to opt out. Message/data rates may apply.

5. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to decline services due to unsafe environments, inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violations of these terms. We aim for a creative, respectful environment for all clients.

6. Digital Products

Digital downloads (presets, templates, checklists) are licensed to you for personal or business use, not resale. All digital sales are final unless in cases of duplicate purchases or technical issues we cannot resolve.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver high-quality work and reliable tools, but we are not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of data or missed messages
AI-generated inaccuracies

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. New versions will include an updated effective date.
