Licensing & Usage

1. Photography sessions (client galleries)

Unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing, SaltySesh LLC retains copyright to all images created during your session.

As a client, you receive a broad, personal-use license to:

• Download and share your gallery with friends and family
• Post photos on social media with credit to SaltySesh® when practical
• Print photos for personal use, albums, and wall art

You agree not to:

• Sell, license, or redistribute the photos to third parties
• Use the images in paid advertising or commercial campaigns without a separate agreement
• Edit/alter the images in a way that misrepresents our work or removes watermarks/branding

2. Digital downloads (presets, checklists, templates)

When you purchase a preset, checklist, or template from the Salty Shop, you’re buying a license to use the product — not to resell it.

You may:

• Use the product in your own business and client work
• Export edited images or documents created with the product
• Install the preset or file on your own devices/accounts

You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the original files to others
• Include our presets, templates, or checklists as part of another product, course, or kit
• Claim the original tools or designs as your own intellectual property

3. SeshBot® licensing

SeshBot® (including all plan tiers: Starter, Essential, and Pro) is licensed, not sold. When you use the platform, you’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for your own business or studio, according to your selected plan.

You may:

• Use SeshBot® for your own photography or creative business
• Customize scripts, tone, and flows for your brand, within the options your plan allows
• Use the messages it generates with your own clients

You may not:

• Copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to clone the service or backend logic
• Resell SeshBot® access to third parties without a separate licensing agreement
• Use SeshBot® for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes

You retain ownership of your own client data and brand details. We retain ownership of the SeshBot® system, prompts, and internal configuration.

4. Trademarks

SaltySesh®, SeshBot®, and related branding are registered trademarks of SaltySesh LLC. You may not use these marks in a way that suggests partnership, endorsement, or ownership without written permission.
