AI Ethics & Responsible Use
A clear overview of how SaltySesh® uses AI tools—what they support, what they never replace, and how human connection remains central to everything we do.
1. Our intent
SaltySesh® is built on quality, integrity, and high professional standards—both in photography and in the systems that support our clients. We use modern tools, including AI, to improve clarity, efficiency, and reliability without compromising the human experience.
2. Human connection comes first
Strong creative work depends on trust, communication, and presence. AI can assist with operations and information delivery, but it does not replace human judgment, taste, emotional awareness, or relationships.
3. How we use AI
We may use AI-powered tools to:
- Automate repetitive or administrative tasks
- Answer common questions and share session preparation guidance
- Improve response times and workflow consistency
- Reduce operational friction so more time can be spent on creative work
4. SeshBot® and AI
SeshBot® is SaltySesh®’s primary AI-powered assistant. It supports workflow automation and client communication by handling routine tasks such as FAQs, reminders, and preparation information.
Use of SeshBot® is optional and designed for convenience. Clients are never required to interact with AI in order to book services, receive support, or work with SaltySesh®. Human communication is always available.
SeshBot® does not make final creative decisions, replace direct human interaction when nuance or sensitivity is required, or operate outside of defined workflows.
5. What we do not use AI for
We do not use AI to:
- Replace human creativity, storytelling, or artistic judgment
- Mislead clients into believing an automated system is a human in sensitive contexts
- Make material decisions about clients without human oversight
- Use personal moments or private information for unrelated training or marketing purposes
6. Integrity in creative work
Our photography is edited with a true-to-color approach and a focus on authenticity. We aim to enhance images without misrepresenting the moment. Tools should support craft—not replace it.
7. Standards and stewardship
Our standards are grounded in integrity and stewardship. We aim to use technology responsibly, thoughtfully, and in service of people—without compromising trust, quality, or human connection.
8. Data boundaries and privacy
