Session details, preferences, and forms you submit
Messages sent to or from SeshBot® (AI and SMS)
Basic analytics such as pages viewed or site performance data

2. How We Use This Information

To confirm bookings and send session-related information
To provide optional automated reminders, prep tips, and FAQs via SeshBot®
To improve our tools, website, and client experience
To prevent spam, abuse, or misuse of our systems

3. SeshBot® Privacy Notes

SeshBot® uses generative AI and third-party SMS delivery services (such as Twilio) to assist with communication and workflow automation. Messages may be logged internally for quality assurance, debugging, and improving system reliability.

Participation in SeshBot® is optional and not required to book or work with SaltySesh®. Clients may choose to engage with automated messages for convenience, or communicate directly with a human at any time.

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated messages may occasionally contain errors or unexpected outputs
We never sell or rent your personal data
Message logs are used only internally and are not shared externally

4. Third-Party Tools We May Use

We use reputable service providers that follow modern privacy and security standards, including:

Twilio – SMS delivery
Internal tools for session and message tracking
Analytics tools to understand general site usage

5. How to Opt Out

You may reply STOP to any SeshBot® message at any time. Opting out of automated messages does not affect your ability to book services or work with SaltySesh®.

You may also email hello@saltysesh.co to request access to or deletion of your information.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data using HTTPS, access controls, and secure provider integrations. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually review and improve our safeguards.

7. Policy Updates

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
