DMCA & Copyright Policy
We care about creative work — both ours and yours. Here’s how we handle copyright issues.
1. Our approach to copyright
SaltySesh LLC owns the rights to the content we create and publish, including photography, written copy, presets, templates, branding, and SeshBot-related materials — unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
We also respect the rights of other creators. If you believe content on saltysesh.co or related platforms infringes your copyright, you can notify us using the process below.
2. How to submit a DMCA notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on one’s behalf) and believe that material available through our site or tools infringes your rights, please send a written notice that includes:
- Your full name and contact information (email address is sufficient for most cases).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (for example, a link to the original work or a brief description).
- The URL or exact location of the allegedly infringing material on our site or assets (for example, a direct link or screenshot reference).
- A short statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information you are providing is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
You can send your notice to:
hello@saltysesh.co
3. What happens after a notice
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:
- Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material
- Reach out to the user or internal team responsible for the content
- Request additional information if anything is unclear
We reserve the right to reject notices that are incomplete, clearly inaccurate, or abusive.
4. Counter-notifications
If your content has been removed or disabled based on a copyright claim, and you believe this is a mistake or you have the right to use it, you may contact us with:
- Your name and contact information
- The specific content that was removed and where it appeared
- A brief explanation of why you believe the removal was in error
We’ll review and may restore content at our discretion if appropriate.
5. Repeat infringement
In clear cases of repeated or intentional infringement, we may restrict future use of our services, including SeshBot Pro or other tools, to protect our business and other creators.
